DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT
Gavan joined the FOCUS staff team in September 2016. He initially joined the team as Project Manager for the Inspire Project. After managing and establishing the project for three years, he became the new Director of Programme Development in late 2019.
Having moved to England from his native Ireland, Gavan has supported Leicester communities for more than 20 years. He has a broad range of experience in creating and delivering youth and community work. Gavan’s key skills lie in networking, community development, and project and staff management.
