Aleena is a Chartered HR Professional with sixteen years of progressive experience across various sectors. In May 2018 she set up her own HR Company, ‘Affinity HRM Ltd’, where she offers tailored HR operational and strategical support to businesses. She specialises in all employee issues, contracts, polices & procedures, staff handbooks, employment law, disciplinary, TUPE (in and out) and performance management.
As a member of the FOCUS Board of trustees she advises on HR and People Matters.
Aleena says: “I am thrilled to take on this role at FOCUS and working with the fantastic team to champion and improve the experience of young people and opportunities available to them. I’m passionate about helping our future generation, so they have access and receive the necessary skills and confidence to achieve their aspirations. FOCUS do a fantastic job of changing lives through running various project. I will do all I can to support the team and give something back to hopefully make a real difference.”
