FOCUS once again got into the winter cheer with our 2023 Festive FOCUS Christmas Community Event.
Our Inspire project took the reins (no pun intended!) to deliver what can only be considered as our most successful Christmas community events to date.
Festive FOCUS 2023 was held at Leicester Haymarket Shopping Centre on Saturday 16th December. The young people planned, prepped, and delivered the event from start to finish. From decorations; to fun games like a scavenger hunt; to Christmas ornament making, Christmas card designs and arts and crafts; and much more!
Not only that; we had our amazing Santa’s Grotto on hand, designed and created by our wonderful Leicestival project. Children and young people were able to meet the big red man himself while also receiving a little gift.
Our young people were able to offer free family fun right in the heart of their community.
Approximately 250 members of the public engaged with Festive FOCUS 2023. FOCUS prides itself on giving back and making a significant and meaningful impact on our community. Safe to say the Christmas spirit was in the air.
