Priyanka joined FOCUS’ board of trustees in 2025. She is a finance professional with over 14 years of experience in accounting, financial management, reporting, and team leadership.
Priyanka’s approach to her role at FOCUS has been inspired by her work with Dimensions UK and the Autism School Trust (Rise School). These experiences opened her eyes to the everyday challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals and those with complex needs. They also taught her the importance of patience, empathy, and truly listening. As such, Priyanka strives to offer the same level of understanding and support to the young people we work with.
Alongside her professional responsibilities, Priyanka volunteers as a Gujarati language teacher at Jain Samaj Europe. Her work helps children connect with their heritage by learning to read, write, and speak Gujarati. Teaching young students has been deeply rewarding. It helps preserve Gujarati language and culture, while also fostering communication between generations.
