PROJECT MANAGER – LEICESTIVAL
Luke joined the Focus staff team in August 2017 after graduating from De Montfort University with a BA (Hons) in Youth and Community Development.
He had already completed two student placements at Focus before joining the staff team as Leicestival’s Project Assistant. Since then he has progressed to managing his first project, called START.
Luke focuses on developing daytime provisions for young people that are isolated and at risk. These include personal development sessions and outdoor pursuit activities which are positive, challenging and personally rewarding for the young people.
