Lucy joined our Board of Trustees in May 2021. She has worked at a senior level in the retail sector across Operations, Procurement and Marketing for over 20 years. Currently, Lucy is studying towards an MBA with Birmingham University, along-side her career.
Lucy has brought with her a vast amount of experience across multiple disciplines. She is helping us in shaping our future strategy and direction as we emerge from the global pandemic.
As a working mother of triplet girls, she is certainly not scared of hard work! Her care and passion for developing teams shines through, and she has a clear desire to enable and inspire all those that she works with a chance to reach their full potential.
