Colin joined FOCUS in 2025. He is delighted to be involved with an organisation focused on providing young people with the skills and opportunities they need to live successful lives. In addition, he has been hugely impressed by the passion, dedication and professionalism of the Trustees and the Management Team.
Colin recently retired, having had a career as a Management Consultant and Project Director. Prior to that he was a Financial Services marketing manager, responsible for the design and marketing of a variety of consumer products.
With 30+ years senior experience, Colin has worked in the UK and internationally across both the private industry and the public sector. His main focus has been on understanding organisations, working with senior teams, developing strategy, facilitating business change and delivering sustainable improvements to cost efficiency and service quality.
Colin is keen to use his skills and experience to give something back, particularly in terms of both operational and strategic management. We are thankful for his governance and support of the great work the team is doing.
