She went on to develop this role when she joined the Contact Project in St. Matthews in 2002 as a Connexions PA and Team Leader. During this time, Harsha also went on to manage the Barleycroft Young People’s Centre in Beaumont Leys.

She joined Focus in 2017 as a Project Manager for Leicestival – an exciting 3-year project aimed at engaging young people into Leicester’s fantastic festivals and events. Harsha is proud to have met so many amazing young people and be part of a fantastic organisation.

“Working with young people means everything to me – particularly believing in them to gain as many of the life experiences and opportunities they deserve to have. Working with young people has given me invaluable experiences, skills and knowledge in both my career and personal life.”
