Skill areas: strategic planning, marketing, PR and publicity. Lisa Egan, BA (Hons), full-time student MA in Cult Film & TV. Former FOCUS participant, former staff member, and long-term FOCUS volunteer. Member of Transport for London's Surface Transport Design Forum, stand-up comedian, writer (including for the BBC's disability website 'Ouch!'), has appeared on local and national TV and radio talking about access and the Disability Discrimination Act. Skill areas: access, disability rights, the social model of disability, and working with young people. Debra Maguire, BA, PgDL, FOCUS volunteer and Solicitor in the civil litigation/dispute resolution department at Neil Myerson Solicitors, Greater Manchester. Skill areas: legal issues, negotiation and dispute resolution, working with young people and people with disabilities. Thea Mills, BA, CMCIPD extensive experience in human resources management, with specialist interest in equality and inclusion, personal development and training. Skill areas include coaching and mentoring and facilitation, utilised often in education and business partnership liaison. |
